THE  CABINET  PROCESS

We invite you to bring in your kitchen or floor plans or simply call us to book an in-store consultation so we can discuss your priorities and goals. Call us at 403-932-0009 or send an email to book an appointment at design@cochranefloors.com.

 

During your site measure (which typically requires 1-2 hours depending on scope of work), we will bring our expertise to evaluate design and functionality, asking you questions regarding appliances, countertops, lighting, cabinet styles, and any other renovation work that may be required.

 

If you DO NOT have a contractor we offer TURN KEY renovation service with fully licensed, certified professional trades who we have worked with on all styles of projects. If you do have a contractor, we are also happy to work with them.

  • After the initial consultation at the store and in your home, we will prepare detailed diagrams to outline size & location of your new cabinetry design.

  • Once we have confirmed that the layout and components have met your needs, we will proceed with formal renderings. 

  • Typically, within 7-10 business days, we will invite you to come back to our showroom where we will present your 3D drawings and a ballpark estimate open to your changes.

  • If you wish to proceed or purchase the plans outright, a retainer of $2,500.00 will be requested and the plans will be provided to you. The retainer will then be credited towards the total purchase of your new kitchen or bathroom project or pay for the plans which you can take. 

  • Once you are ready to lock in your cabinet order, we will require 50% of the balance from your signed estimate.

  • Following delivery of the cabinets to your home, an additional 30% will be due and the balance upon completion of your install.

STUNNING  3-D RENDERINGS

Once we have developed a basic layout, confirmed door styles, and exactly how your new space will be laid out, we use state-of-art software to create photorealistic 3D renderings of our kitchen designs. These images will help us to illustrate just how your new kitchen will look and feel. This visualization of your project provides an excellent first impression of your dream kitchen, bar or theatre room.
